I use these coils with my Aspire CF VV+ battery and Nautilus Mini tank, which I bought as a starter kit set (even though I was not just starting and had been vaping for 2 years). I love the vape pen enough that I bought two of them and just change out the parts as needed - I have a backup tank in case something happens to the one I am using, and I have two batteries so I can charge one while I am using the other, so I do not have any time that I do not have a working vape pen if I need one. The Nautilus coils are great - they have a nice smooth yet powerful enough hit, and each one lasts several weeks, as long as you prime (put 5 drops of juice down in the coil before use and then do ten non-powered hits before turning the pen on) the coil. If you do not prime the coil, they may not last as long before starting to burn. I have had an occasional dud coil. It's happened that one of the coils in a pack have not worked well (hasn't really created a strong hit) from the get-go, but it's been rare - it's only happened to me with 2 coils in the past 4 5-packs of coils. Most of the coils work fine, and I do not open them expecting problems, issues, or duds. I've only ordered these coils 4 times. As each coil lasts around 3 weeks and there are 5 in a pack, one pack lasts almost five months. 4 packs is almost two years worth of vaping.
One thing I have found about quitting smoking with a vape pen is that if you do not commit to the vape pen and continue to smoke while you vape, you will never quit. Everyone I know who has done that has gone back to exclusively smoking eventually. If you do commit to the pen and never give in and have a cigarette, but turn to your vape pen every time you crave nicotine and especially when you are around smokers, you can quit smoking and STAY quit. My guy and I have both successfully quit smoking - it's been 3 years since we had a cigarette. My sister and brother in law did not give up smoking when they got their vape kits and they never quit smoking. My sister is still trying, halfheartedly, but my brother in law is back to being just a smoker and has stopped vaping. It is becoming very clear that my sister will never quit smoking. Smoking is a mental habit that attaches other habits to it (smoking after eating, smoking in the car, etc.). If you introduce a vape pen but don't stop smoking, your brain does not transfer over your craving from the cigarette to the vape pen. Instead, it incorporates both into your smoking experience. If you tell yourself you will reach for the vape pen every time you want a cigarette instead of reaching for a cigarette, you can switch from smoking to vaping fairly painlessly - the transition is smooth. But you have to be committed to the idea or it doesn't work. Nothing can make you quit smoking if you continue to reach for the cigarette first. If you are truly committed to quitting smoking by switching to vaping, when you get your vaping device, throw your cigarettes away. Get them out of reach. Make it so you would have to go to the store to get hold of a cigarette. Make it inconvenient for you to smoke. At the same time, make it convenient to vape. You can vape indoors without bothering anyone. Have a backup battery so you are never stuck craving and sitting there with a dead battery. Keep extra vape juice on hand, and extra coils easily accessible. Keep your vape pen with you. Don't leave the house without it and set yourself up to bum a cigarette from someone while you are out and craving. Simple things like this will help to ensure success.
