Full Description

The Eleaf EC Coils are for the Eleaf Melo 3, Eleaf Melo 4, ELeaf iJust 2 and can also be used with the Aspire Triton atomizers. These Eleaf EC Coils are very popular because of their quality design and affordable price.

The Eleaf EC coils feature larger wicking holes for better wicking and a heating wire of 0.4 mm in diameter to create large amounts of vapor and flavor production, moreover, the Eleaf EC Coils uses 100% organic cotton for a pure flavor.

With the release of the Eleaf ECM starter kit, Eleaf introduced the EC-M (multihole) and EC-N (Net) mesh version, both at 0.15Ω for a superior vaping experience due to their mesh design which heats more quickly and evenly than traditional coils.

The Eleaf EC Coils are for:

Eleaf EC Coils options:

  • EC 0.3Ω: rated from 30 to 80W
  • EC 0.5Ω: rated from 30 to 100W
  • EC 0.15Ω: wire made of Ni200 - only for temperature control capable devices
  • EC 0.5Ω: wire made of Titanium - only for temperature control capable devices
  • EC-M 0.15Ω: Multihole mesh design
  • EC-N 0.15Ω: Net mesh design

Usage Comments:

  • When installing a new coil - always wait a few minutes for the e-Liquid to feed the coil before vaping again
  • Always start a new coil at the lowest power setting to avoid burning the coil - then slowly increase the wattage until you reach the desire taste

Eleaf EC Coils package contents:

  • 5 x coils (1 pack of 5 atomizer heads)

EC Coils features & specifications:

  • 2 parallel vertical wire for the regular coils (0.3 & 0.5 Ω) (TC coil have 1 wire)

EC2 is the way to go - $$saver too!
The EC2 coils are the way to go!! so far they are the best coils ive ever used, ive had so many problems with the Istick nano power and coils, I used to have the old Mello III mini when it didnt have the core extender piece and allot of the coils were too tall and would leave a gap between the glass and the top causing juice to leak, like they made it 1 or 2 mm too long, but since I got the Mello III original, coils started burning out after a day or 2 , but I bought a new battery (pico 75W) it hits SOOO much better.  Such a great price!! I was going to inno-vapor here in Denver and they charge $5 per coil, you cannot beat the pricing here!!!

EC-N 0.15Ω (Net Mesh) Coil
After a couple weeks using the included EC-M coils with purchase of Pico X... I ordered the EC-N net mesh coils. The EC-N's are Top Notch!!

Been having issues with the .3 coils lately, it wasn't like this before
I've been using both the .3 and .5 replacement coils for my IStick Pico/Melo III tank for a few years now, having occasionally purchased them here on this website and from various local vape shops.

In the beginning they always worked great, and the lifespan was on average 2 weeks for both resistances before I needed to change them out. This was with moderate to heavy vaping use and usually vaping around the 35-45 wattage. I always found the flavor to be somewhat muted on the .5 coils but they were usually more reliable and lasted longer.

However around last year or so, I've been having consistently bad experiences with the .3 coils no matter where I bought them. They only seemed to last 2 days and even less before they started to burn out and gunk up and just taste awful, which was a shame because the flavor was always better in the .3 compared to the .5 coils in my opinion.

I've experimented with a multitude of variables to try and isolate the possible problem, from vaping at below the recommended wattage (20-25 watts), reducing my vape/usage, trying different VG/PG ratios (from 50/50 to max VG), trying the .3 coils on another Melo III tank, trying different batteries, using another mod, but no matter what I tried or how cautious I was the outcome was always the same and they always went bad within 1-3 days.

Please note that I do always prime my coils before vaping and break them in, starting at the lowest recommended wattage. With the .3 coils nowadays, I can't even consistently use it at the lowest recommended 30 watts before I start to get a burnt taste within the same day and the coil would be ruined, and having tried 20-25 watts only made it go bad within 2 days. I can't even imagine myself using the .3 coils at 35-45 watts like I used to in fear of burning the coil.

A 5-pack of .3 replacement coils used to last me a couple months. Now, I go through that same pack within a week...that's very upsetting.

I'm tired of experimenting and frankly I don't want to waste any more time or money on the .3 coils.

I went ahead and ordered .5 coils. I haven't had this issue with them at all. Sure I would have loved to keep using the .3 for the better flavor but it's not worth having to change them every 2 days.

0.03 coils for my istick pico
I have been buying from this site for a long time now but recently my coils will burn out within a few days. I hate this but I might have to buy from my local stores instead of the site.

VS Comment: truly sorry to hear about your burnt coil. We will make sure to forward your feedback to the manufacturer Eleaf. As far as we know - there has not been any change in the manufacturing process.

Best Price around
I use the .3 ohm coils most of the time. Decent wicking, and they last anywhere from 3 days to two weeks depending on a lot of variables like juice used, usage, wattage etc. Most juices at at 33-38 watts will give me a week out of them. Again, I can’t find a better price than right here.

Overall, good product, great price and superior customer service.
