I received my Atopack 2 weeks ago, I experience an issue with it not firing. I was about to return the entire unit, but notice that the Battery was functioning. Contacted the Vapeshop Staff and they sent me a replacement Cartridge which turned out to be the issue. Special thanks to Robyn and Heather for their stupendous service and assistance in resolving the minor issue. Their Vapeshop has never let me down when it comes to customer service, this is why I buy all my gear and juice from them.
Overall I am very Happy and would recommend this AIO to anyone looking for an on the go device that will last you the entire day. If you are into blowing large clouds of smoke this device is not for you.I have been using it daily since I received it and love it. Here is what I discover so far.
Pros:
1. The tank size 7ml is awesome no longer have to fill twice a day like my 2ml device.
2. Overall size fits just perfect in the hand, Great battery life, Quick Re-Charge.
3. Economical to operate, Good flavor and just the correct amount of smoke for me.
Cons:
1. The outer surface is a little slick, would be nice if it was rubberized.
2. Notice some minor leaking under cartridge at times, wiped off prior to charging and have not seen any adverse effects.
3. Changing the cotton could be a cumbersome tasks for some people.
